As owners of Op 'e Ree we strongly believe in the power of sharing. We feel privileged that we have been able to realize our dream, "a house on one of the Wadden Islands".

With "Wad for another" would like to let others, who are temporarily less privileged due to circumstances or for a longer period of time, enjoy themselves again. We therefore make Op 'e Ree available for 1 week per year for' the other 'as described above.

How does it work?

You as our guest can 'nominate' a group of up to 8 people after your stay in Op 'e Ree, which in your opinion is eligible for a "Wad for another" week. From all annual nominations, we choose the group that the next year a week will enjoy. Nomination period runs from 1 January to 31 December

Fully cared for

Included in the "wad for another" package for 8 people:
Return (by train or bus) from home to Schiermonnikoog (including the boat trip). 7 nights stay at Op 'e Ree, a full fridge, bike rental, a ride with the Balgexpress on the beach and lots of fun.
